Help with heat stress

Ok so I had a 6 month home inspection yesterday and I had 2 plants I had to put in my SUV until it was over. They were in there for 2 hours and when I took them out they were wilted. I immediately sprayed water on them and gave them each a gallon in the soil. Now over the past 24 hours they have gotten worse. One was in flower and pretty much done but I haven't flushed it yet. What can I do to get the nutes out of my bud so I can harvest it? I feel that the roots are not sucking up the water so it will be hard to flush when they won't drink! Could I cut branches off and stick them in a cup of water for a couple days?

Flushing doesn't work like that. It's to force the plant to use up all of chemicals that the plant has made. Your nutrients are not actually in the plant, your plant makes things out of those nutrients, the flush isn't to get rid of the nutrients, it's to allow the plant to burn off what chemicals it has produced. I would let them sit and see if they get better. After heat stress and immediate water can shock the plant even further, if they don't get better in a couple days there probably wont be anything that you can do if it was that close to harvest.

Thanks for the response. How many people do you know that their first and second grow is wayy better than their third?

(I am so furious I am laughing)
