Help with low yeilds

Hi,

so i cant seem to figure out the problem on my indoor grow. I have the same setup and strain as a friend and his yeilds are twice as mine are. Mine is a garage grow as his is a basement grow so i believe temps may be the issue but cant determine it. Using waterfarm buckets, general hydro nutes.

Do resivoir temps really play a roll? Mine are about 10 degrees cooler than his, mine are 65-70 his 70-80?

Please help

I can`t see 5f playing a roll that big in yield

Anything else your doing different ? Light`s ? airflow ? ppm ? ph ? Fan`s and general temp in the grow ?

Hang on do you sing to your plants at night ?

we both have passive airflow with the fan on constintly, ppm are the same( tried higher and lower) my nugs are more dense compared to the other grow. it seems like the buds good at first then come week 5 the slow to a hault. it doesent seem to matter if its winter or summer, it has never been as good as yeild. i think im missing something real obvious. my buddy doesnt even ph his water!!! and is rockin

my lights are air cooled, his arent. he has more sqft and wattage and more plants, i have more sqft per watt tho. the top of the plant seems to quit growing and start yellowing while the lower part of the plant still looks good but has small nugs. it has to be something so obvious that it not!!!

Have you tried anabolic steroids? I've tried it on a couple of my plants and double even tripled my yields. But I on a serious note, I have no idea

Exactly how many lights do you have and what kind, what wattages as well?

Same question for his setup.

try to get around 400-600w HID per m2 for good yield. also take note that yield is SO MUCH MORE then your lights, even if they play a big part

You said his yield was 2x and his wattage was "more", but you need to quantify that amount with a number for folks to get a more accurate picture. Also by "same strain" do you mean clones from the same exact mom? I wonder if temp & air conditioned vs non-conditioned air could in turn affect humidity, and the combination of temp & humidity could make that noticeable of a difference in the way a specific strain expresses its happy sweet spot- I am not a pro by any means, just thinking out loud. I'm sure you'll figure out the mystery.

i have 2 1000w hps, he has 4 1000w hps, not exactly sure what kind of bulbs, thats why i dont think its the lights. im thinking its the resivoir temps but has anyone had expierence with low and high temps in thier resivor and the effects of each?

As much as you want to believe that your setups are the same they are not; your setups are different. What is your average yield for the 2000W?

mine seems to be denser and little higher quality than "his", but mine also tends to yellow up especially the upper half of the plant in about week 5-6 of flower and his stay green all the way thru.

his is a basement mine is garage, his temps are more constent then mine obvisously. but even in the summer months when my res temps increase i dont notice a change in yeild, its pretty consistent.so idk wtf is going on!! i tried co2 with no difference, he doesnt even ph his water!!!!
