How that's an interesting thought that the pm could he in the area. Could be, but my tent is in my room, just might have to add an intake filter. Thanks. As for your lather mix, im about 3 or 4 weeks in flower would thus mix be safe for my ladies? It sounds a heck of a lot better than milk lol. How long does the lather mix need to sit?
Very likely if you're bringing in air, that's your most likely source, a good filter should take care of it. But make sure to clean the room well when you're finished this round. It should be fine at 4-5 weeks, I sprayed them 2 rounds ago at about 4 weeks and didn't notice anything at all in the taste or burning properties. All the baking soda does is raise the ph level to a point where it can't grow. I've heard of folks using the h202 option in flowering with no noticeable effects as well. There's a video out there with a guy using h202 "baths" after harvest to clean it off and claiming no ill effects. I wouldn't bother/smoke it if it hit the buds, but if you see it only on a few leaves and relatively mild, I'd try the sprays, maybe milk if it's persisting in the last couple of weeks. I tried the milk when I first saw it with only 2 weeks left but it didn't last very long and had to spray every 3-4 days, then switched to preventative sprays with the baking soda after trying both h202 and baking soda. The baking soda seemed to last the longest after applying it, eventually I just culled everything including that PBK strain I mentioned altogether.

Mk, i'll give ur baking soda oil soap mix a try! Do you only spray leaves? Or the whole plant? And how long do I need to let the mix sit?

Hey guys, new to the forum and I need some help. So here's what I got, a 32" x 32" x 70". 600w HPS and a 230 CFM inline exhaust fan with a 11" fan blowing from the ground and a 7" blowing slightly downward. 3 perlite hempys(first grow, already plans for hydro on second). I run about 80° and 45% RH /w light on, but when the lights go off the RH shoots up to 70 at 70°! The exhaust fan runs 24/7 with all the fans is there enough airflow to comfortably avoid mowery mildew and budrot? I don't want to get a dehumidifier butbwhat can I do? Thanks for the help. Again.. Noob here. Lol
It's easy to dehumidify go to a shopping centre buy some dehumidifying containers I use about 6 when in flower there is many different brands they all will work the cheaps ones cost about 2 dollars ea keep adding em till u get the humidity u r afterimage.jpg

Also good method to get rid of the mildew is to direct ur fan on high straight at ur plant till it goes that with the containers should clear it up pretty fast

Hmm I'll try the fan thing, I did that the first time after my milk treatment and it did work. Maybe the fan is key. I got one of those interior dehumidifiers, but it didn't do what I wanted. I ended up putting a small heater fan in the tent, temps are 78-88 but I have the 600w and being in my room, is supplyed with enough co2 I feel. Made my numbers go from 65-80° w/ 40-70%RH.. To 80-85° @ 40-50%RH. Figure I can get by with my temps due to my light and co2. Need to keep a very close eye on that blasted mildew tho. My dilemma is still try to save 1 and risk them all or toss it and be happy with 2.

You really need to spray everything imo, it's visible on leaves but it's all over the plant, to keep it in control imo it's better to spray the whole plant. Make sure you get the bottom well, they typically develop symptoms from the bottom up from what I've seen.

Damp Rid. Get the raw form with the plastic drip canister as well as the hanging bags made for closets.

This will reduce humidity depending on the size of your space. Larger spaces need more units of course.
