Help with Mold!!

Hey guys I have this mold growing on bottom of my pots do you guys know if it’s bad for the plants health?? And how would I be able to get rob of it please thanks a lot

Those are notorious for molding . I had them for about 2 weeks and switched to red solo cups before that happened
 
Very bad for plant health and your own if you breathe in the spores. throw out and start over if it's that dire inside the cup. If only on the outside it's probably still safe to transplant
 
If I am looking at those correctly aren't they supposed to be a biodegradable/plant them in the grow type of pot? If not, "lightly" wipe down, DON'T SOAK POT . . . with alcohol.
 
Those cups always do that and are crap for growing in so just transplant into something else. Not a dangerous type of mold to worry about tho. Mold spores are everywhere all the time but not a good idea to breathe lots of it.

Do you think it will effect my plants in anyway?

No. You could even plant the cup with the plant but better to cut it away and put the plant in another pot. They do break down in active soils but it takes a while and the plant will get rootbound before roots break thru. Could just cut the bottom off the pot and drop it in a new one. That would keep the rootball intact and prevent any root damage. Do it with well dampened soil in the cup and the new pot then water it in.

I'll put some soil in a bigger pot then set a pot inside that's the same size of the one the plant is in, fill all around the empty pot, water enough for it to hold it's shape, take the empty out and drop the plant in a perfectly sized hole. Water well and Bob's your Uncle. :)

You may not have enough roots in yours to hold a bare rootball together tho. so just cut the bottom off and repot is what I'd likely do. Any mold in the outside won't hurt a thing.
 
I think it's mildew and will be fine if you are putting it in soil. I wouldn't say they do it all the time. I have only had it happen a very few times; not sure why. Old pots I think. I don't think fresh new pots do that.
