The pics are not that great.

How about some info....

When did it start?

Do you have any bugs

Lights

System (ie soil hydo aero)

Nutes

What watering schedule.

I would say just at a bad glance, they are over fertilized. Let us know JR

Well, if the pH is ok, flush first, in case the nutes accumulated in the soil because of the lock out. Then feed her some nutes... buy some at a local plant store or a hydro store. Something for flowering plants.

Root lock usually just stunts the growth, I've never seen it cause deficiencies.

A good ratio is: 1 gallon pot volume per 1 foot plant height.

Its not a root bound issue that does just stunt the growth! You deffinitely need to flush and get some flowering nutes from either like fox farm or some general hydroponics, tiger bloom would be good, the NPK needs to be around 5-10-5 for flowering also switch to a 2309k light if you havent already. and it could also be root rot so try not to water too often

if its in soil pot you almost always get root bound but that would NOT kill the plant, if its nute lock then you need to add some magnesium and trace minerals, try to water with a ph of around 6.7 plants take in more trace minerals like iron and maganese around this ph, they take in more nitrogen around 5.9. do you have a PH meter?

Don't worry about that.

If it is nute lock out, you're going to have to check your soil's pH. Get one of those cheap green pH/light/moisture meters from any store wth a garden department. They have a zinc and a copper rod. This way you'll know if the pH is between 6 and 7.

If it's not in the 6-7 range, go to a pet store and buy pH Up or pH Down. It's used for aquariums, won't harm your plants and will set your pH easily. I hope you have a water pH meter. You'll need it.

Molasses has all necessary microelements needed for your plant. Add 2 tbs/gal every watering.

Looks like you have some shopping to do.
