help with my grow Help URGENT LOL

not even sure if this is in the right section im a noob to growing i know alot but this is my first.... my plants are growing mad slow and im not sure whats wrong the stems look almost purple and new growth has green stems but below it it looks purple and some of the stems going to the big leaves on the bottom look purpleish red ill put up some pics ive been giving epsom salts from the beginging and used some miracle grow organic choice outdoor soil for tomatos mixed with soil from outdoors with a sandy consistency and i know it had bat guano on the soil from outside bc the bats used to shit all over where i got the soil but the guano was gone so most of it id assume has been long gone... they seem to be ok other than growing at a super slow rate ill get pics up soon.....ive got 5 cfls 24/24 in maybee a 2x2 3x3 space there getting plenty of lightand a little fan and it stays about 70 71 in there all the time idk whats wrong with these things... ive been giving them expert nutrients from walmart. my new seedlings seem to be sprouting but ive had all the other plants that have more than 2 leaves on them for over a month idk what the fk is wrong with em someone please get back to me i need help lol.

im mainly worried about the big one because it looks nice and good but idk what the f is goin on with em.

yeah see i have no real way to ph and i know that thats no way to be growing lol im a noob and getting things as i can i mean i started these and my buddy just says its a plant water it and give it light... the burn i think is from the nutes i gave it too much wayy to early i think it was in a n tox for a while it had the crows claw for a while at first. thank you for getting right back to me to man i appriciate it alot.
