help with neem oil, thanks

alright i just found some neem oil concetrate in my garage! i have spider mites im guesing they are.. but the instructions are ripped off
does anybody kno the right ratio between the concentrate and water?
its made by greenlight

Got some dyna-gro neem and the instructions are; 1 1/2 tsp per quart of water plus 1 1/2 dish soap as an emulsifier. Shake it up good.

Spray on top and underside leaves .

put a drop of dish soap if you want and dont use it until the sun goes down or early morning when its not up yet

alright i put a drop of soap and some neem oil and some water in a lil spray bottle and its like white as hell cant see threw it is that right?

when i mixed mine it got white foam on the top but just looked dark n dirty and i dont remember if i could see through i dont think i was able to

i think mines really concetrated or somehting i put more water and its still straight white.. its a little bottle and it says it can make 16 gallons.. but the intrustions are ripped off to a liter.. i didnt think i poured much in there but ima spray them when the sun goes down.

warm or even hot water helps the neem oil mix with the water, let cool to room temp before applying. and ya apply early morning late afternoon or when light is off

WAIT IM STUPID! I FIGURED IT OUT. its says it can make up to 16 gallons.. i checked and its a 16 oz. container so its one ounce per gallon! aahhh haha damn. thanks for the help tho
