help with plant newbie grower

The tin foil is better than nothing but it depends what side you use the shinyer side reflects heat and the duller side reflects light better. The plant needs more direct sunlight a lot more. Have you fed it any nutrients yet? It's best to water every 3rd day every other day is too much.

ok so i think it might be zinc but help me out here why are my new leaves all twisted

hey bigron nice grow the plant does look a lil small i wish i could help you on the leave being so twisted but im new myself i hope everything works out for you i will be keeping up with your post for sure

latest pic of my plant since i now run 2 300 watt cfl's and its on a 18/6 schedule so the lights are off during the hottest part of the day although it still gets to about 93 in the grow room and i need to get a vent on the side cause there is my clone room right above it so i cant vent thru top. humidity is 40% contstantly. no nutes yet cause im broke
