Looks like she's hungry, possibly pH is off point, and yeah, looks like she's been flowering about 6 weeks.
It shouldn't have started 6 weeks ago outside if it wasn't an auto flower, or a clone brought out from a long light cycle. Is it shaded most of the day?
Not sure why it would flower so small, so early, but I know some people who've gotten auto versions of supposed femmed photoperiod seeds. I think they harvested them already even. Maybe you got something like that?

I'm brand new to growing weed. I bought a bunch of autoflower seeds and stunted the 1st 3 of them. Only one of those originals left still growing and it looks similar size wise.

I figured out where I messed up and now the other autos are doing swell from the get go.

Yeah, I've never run them, but I know they can be tricky to get right if they don't veg properly. Less forgiving than photoperiod plants in that regard, because you can't just veg till you're ready to flip to flower.
