help with rockwool for seeds.

I just planted my seeds in rockwool today. I got them started in wet paper towels. I was wanting to know since I have them under a small CFL light. Do I need to place a dome over them or just place under the light?

Use the dome to keep the humidity up if the room they're in has low humidity

ok thank you. I have them in my grow box under some CFLs for lighting. The temp is at 84. The RH is low at 36%. I haav them under clear plastic cups.

Don't fully cover it. You need to let some air in with them. Take the dome off as soon as they break the surface and put under your light.

Did you adjust the pH in the rockwool before putting the seeds in?

Try the "Rapid Root" grow plugs. They have the root hormone in the plug and you don't need to mess with the ph.
