Help With Sexing

Hello everyone, I just joined the community looking for help. I started growing two plants and wasn't sure about the sex. I think one is male and one female. THey've been on 12/12 for almost three weeks now. I first thought there was a big bud at the top of one of them but now I think it's a male flower. . .? Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks

Ok i hope i dont get in trouble for this but, so the balls defelop once it buds not before? someone told me it was before. So bascially it creates a bud just like a female except its not buds its pollen sacks? and what is the secnond pic of? is that the female sex gland, when is that usually developed
