Help with soil

hey im a noob here thinking about going with Fox Farm Ocean Forest organic potting soil for the first grow and i just need to know if i need to add anything to the potting mix

No you do not need to add anything to it.Its already mixed if you want you can add some perlite.

Thats all i would add perlite

I do 25% pearlite 75% soil. it really helps imo compared to just straight fox farms.

I would always add some perlite to any soil just for airation.......................tyke........................................................
