Help with temp and odor control in 4x4 tent

First of all, very nice setup. I'm always excited to see that people are
taking the time to think things through, which IMO is very rare.
If you're worried about the smell throughout the home, get one
of those furnace filters that have a febreze air freshner already inside of it.
It works!!

Pulling air is more efficient, unless your using really sharp (180 degree) bends in flexible tube.

Heat on a centrifugal fan degrading lifespan.....Not really. I mean I'm sure its not better, but it really doesn't matter. My centrifugal fans are warrantied for 5-10 years, and I've only had 1 fail and that was a stupid C.A.P. fan (and it just moved air, not hot air).

Thanks for replying. Before I purchased the cool-tube and fan, I thought the exhaust was going to be a lot hotter than it is. Kinda opens up more possibilities in the tent for me.

To be honest it looks like you are venting the air from the tent directly into that room which will change your ambient temp. Vent out side of that room all together I'm pretty sure if that's what you are doing the temp in that room will be similar to temps in the tent.
