Help with Yellowing Leaves

I'm 52 days into my first grow (3.5 weeks of 12/12 now)

Everything has been going good.
However the past few days one of my plants is getting Yellower and Yellower ...

Not sure what the problem is but this is my FIRST problem ...

- PH is 6.5 .
- I have been giving them nutrients once every 7 days or so. 1/4 strength.
- I water ... then wait till the soil is really dry ... then water ... then dry ... etc.
- Temp is always around 75F and humidity always around 45%

Mostly affecting the tallest plant.
I have another plant in another pot that is doing awesome!!!

Again this only started happening in the past couple of days ... any ideas?

Too much nutes .. not enough nutes ... PH issue .. something else?

She wants & needs N. At 25days 12/12 the plant is in it's feeding peak period, and you should be alot closer to full strength nutes.

Think people will need more info ie what are you growing in and what nutrients are you using,

Dont forget that when you choose to put your plant into flowering you are starting the end of its life and a little leaf, yellowing or loss should be expected.

I suffered simular and was worried, biobizz all the way, schedual says 1ml per ltr of water of grow and bottle says 2 to 4. I was giving 1ml every feed/watering increased to 2 and it halted the yelowing which i belive was nitrogen deffiancy.

No expert by any means but at least this opens the disscusion.

It sounds like she needs some nutes, at this point 1/4 nute should be up to more like 1/2 since you're feeding weekly. Your climate and pH sounds perfect though, so it is absolutely a nute problem.

- Using ProMix Soil which is a PH stabilized combo of Sphagnum Peat Moss, Limestone and Perlite. No nutes in the soil.
- Feeding with a generic 18-18-21 nutrients with micro nutrients

Anyhow I thought I was adding nutes every 7 days but looking at my calendar its more like every 9 days. At 1/4 strength I suppose that is not enough now that she has tripled in size. I guess i'm learning and hopefully she will recover.

Question: I gave her a dose of nutrients today and will do it again tomorrow - how long until I see an improvement?

At what strength did you feed her? Don't feed again tomorrow that'll be overload, wait a few days til your soil dries and if she isn't perking up do another normal watering with a small amount of nutes. You should see improvement in about a week

Just to let you know the lower leaf that has yellowed will not come back from where it is now. But you will notice that the spread will stop.

Slow and steady is the best course.

Hi everyone. Big Thanks!

I flushed her and then loaded her up with nutes and then waited. She bounced back after about 5 days and is looking healthy again (minus all the lower leafs that died off).

Definitely a nutrient deficiency. I was WAY off when measuring the nutrients and then not accounting for the plant getting much larger as well. So she was starving for food.

When I first noticed I panicked and probably threw the PH off by overloading her. After the flush and proper measurement things are OK again.

Give them some N.
They look nice, but the shorter one is hungry.
