Well CFLs don't put out a lot of heat, but do you have a fan in there blowing on the plants? Because if you have no fan, and you use CFLs and you are watering a little everyday then you are overwatering. CFLs don't make enough heat to dry soil in a timely manner...
The best water schedule for MJ allows for the plant to become totally dry and then get totally soaked, and then totally dry again before you soak it through again...Watering a little everyday keeps the roots from having to grow to find the moisture...so you end up with not enough roots for the amount of leaves you have...so again I say you are overwatering...water thoroughly maybe once a week with the set up you have there...

Thanks for the reply i have 2 pc fans in there one bringing consatnt fresh air in and another taking the hot air out cfls are about 2 inches from the tops of the plants very small area so the heat does tend to build up with in the growing area the fans are on 24/7 and 2 of them are in 11liter pots while the other 2 are only in 5liter pots (i think there 5 liter) yellowing started at the bottom and is on first set of 3 fingured leaves

just clip off the yellow leaves if they bother you, if the plant stops growing or the yellow gets worse and worse you might really have a problem

That looks like either nute burn or a lack of nutes. Hard to tell since I am looking at a pic and not familiar with the nutes you are using. As for watering you want the soak the soil until water runs out the bottom then let the soil dry out, when the to 1-2 inches of soil is dry water again.
