HELP!!!!

I am currently at this stage I was planning on changing up the lighting a few days ago from the leds to a t5 to speed up the germination tho I have left things the way they are within 4 days of planting my seeds I am at this stage, as you can see it is an absolute jungle in there I'm worried about transplant shock etc.to be honest this is a first time grow I did not expect any of the seeds to sprout but they all did lol apart from destilled water and this nutrient i have not been adding anything else.

I would plant them in their own separate solo cup or pot.

It won't shock them to bad to separate them now before there to big just be gentle with them

i really appreciate the advice i have had no luck in the past in terms of getting to this stage it would be a waste to see them go to waste. should i just stick to the same lighting for the next few or upgrade to something stronger? which i have ready to go.

What kind of light do you have and how many watts does it pull off the wall

And how much of a budget do you have for me to get started for pulling in dank I spent around $450 on everything 315w cmh light Philips bulb ,600w led blurple ,grow mediums, nutrients, tent and ventalation.

Lighting needed is based on the square footage of your space. 50 per sq/ft for hid, 35 or so for led.
