Something changed, it looks like it "needs water" but a LOT of things can shock a plant into looking like that. Did you feed it recently? What nutes, how much, ph/ec? Tell us more about your grow.

the heat is fine 16min 26max I use nft system have done for 5 years never had this problem

Have you checked the system ?
Looks like they aint getting the juice or something went wrong with the mix .. but would think you would see burn if it was the nutes

The system is fine check on a day to day basis wether they feed properly or not defo not nutes either used the same brand over the years

I have tried doing one previously to this one in the same room and this happened to that one but 10x worse I left them on for a week and the buds ended up having bud rot , do you think it could be the air ?

I use this which is nft but I use pots to save the mess of the roots on the tray

Ok so sounds like a language barrier here. Whatever it’s Coco if it’s watered daily I suppose you could call it NFT

Doesn’t matter.
Really need all your watering info. How often how much how do you water etc.

As I just explained to xtsho I use pots with coco to save the mess of the root mass on the tray

Coco basics:
It's called drain to waste hydroponics.
Feed at least once a day to substantial run off using a pH around 6.0.
Never give plain water.
Never let it get dry.
