It’s went back to reveg but split into heads do you think it may hermie.. I know I maybe tripping for thinking that I’m smoking right now mind wonders then.. lol

It won't hermie from the reveg. It's gonna take a bit for it to be fully back in veg before you want to flower. If it was me I'd get some better soil and just redo the repotting you just did. Then in another month throw it into a bigger pot or 5 gal bucket, veg for a couple more weeks and flip. That's as long as it's fully back to veg in a month.
Better soil is gonna make a huge difference. The bigger the pot the bigger the plant too for the most part. I forgot how dense that Miracle Grow shit was.

I believe this plant is super stunted so I’m just gone rock out with flipping back to flower this weekend plant sprouted 1/5 the white hairs have already turned amber color so I don’t even know what to expect when I go back to flower.

What is the actual draw? I doubt they're really 300 watts. Light is really important for decent buds.

Can I cut that whole middle area of fan that are drooping or will that mess things up??

See last pic can I cut those without an issueIf in coco then it has to stay pretty wet but anything else you should be waiting until the pot feels quite light but the plants aren't drooping yet before watering even if the pot is dry 4" down from the top in something 1gal or larger. Roots go deep fast so a 4" seedling can have roots over 12" deep in the pot.
Always soak the whole pot when watering then allow to dry down before soaking again. That lets air get pulled in to supply much needed oxygen to the roots and help prevent root rot.

or ONA gels.but dont keep it in the same room as the plant it will combine with the buds and not healthy.
candle can also kill a little bit of smell and you get a mix of candle and weed.

You can but you don't have to. They may be drooping and a bit weird but still healthy and probably contributing to the plant as long as they get a bit of light. Very dark green all over indicating excess nutrition.
