Help!

alright guys this is only my second grow and need a little guidance. I have 3 ice and 1 g13 bb gum the ice are all fine but the bb gums having a little problem.Theyre all in scotts premium potting soil i know not the best but dont have access to much more.Its under a 250 mh about a foot to maybe 14 inches away.Water every 2 or three days whenever the soil is dried out with tap water ph at about 6.5.Dont have much experience with correcting problems yet last grow was nirvana papaya and it went smotth the whole grow using the same brand soil and light.Also i havent given it any nutes yet so couldnt be any kind of nute burn. Does this look like a ph problem thats what i was thinkin but wanted to get some opinions from more experienced growers before i start messin around with something that may not be the problem.Any help is greatly appreciated thanks

does the potting soil have any time release nutes in it?..if not it could just be a deformed set of leaves since its young.. that happened to me in the same spot as your plant and everything turned out fine.
