its been the 1st week of flowering and my plants havent grown not more leaves not taller or anything ppm is steady water is good their not drooping or dying i dont understand! so could somebody help me out here im using a 600 w hps

As long as they're healthy, I wouldn't worry about it. Not all strains stretch during 12/12. They just might be changing gears so they can start producing buds for ya.

might want to search around on the forums here for some journals describing pineapple express. It's a pretty popular strain, so there must be a few at least. That way you might find out if anyone experienced significant growth in the first week of flower. Try the "Advanced Search" button, pineapple + express

I must admit, it's a little odd that you have TWO strains that aren't showing any stretch. I think the norm is for some amount of rapid growth in the first several weeks of 12/12. I would think that the strains that DON'T are in the minority. So, having two that don't is unusual. Not impossible...but unusual.

Still, it's only been a week. Give it another week and see what happens. You should be getting signs of buds forming soon, too.

yea the northern lights still thriving just the pineapple express doesn't seem to be doing much bottom leaves are dying as well but the rest still looks good

It's not uncommon for some of the bottom, older leaves to turn yellow and die off. Question is, how many of them are dying?

If you could post pics, it would be easier for folks here to tell whether it's a real problem or not.
