Help!

Not sure whats going on with my plants, they were doing really great and then all of the sudden started looking worse and worse. The pH has been low 6s or high 5s the entire grow and the ppm have been right around 400. I just recently increased my ppm and added more nutrients when they started looking worse. I'm thinking I have a deficiency (or deficiencies) thats why I'm adding more nutes. All of my new growth is a neon yellow/green color and some of the leaves are looking a bit waxy. The leaves are starting to droop and curl in on themselves. Also, I am using cutting edge solutions 3 part formula: Micro, Grow and Bloom and I have the plants on a 24 hour light cycle with a 400 Watt Metal Halide Bulb. They are about two weeks old to me. I got them as clones. IMG_3023.jpgIMG_3024.jpgIMG_3025.jpgIMG_3026.jpgIMG_3027.jpg

Here is a link to my grow journal as well. Please feel free to give any advice or leave any comments. Thanks!

Looks like it could be a Mag def. Are you using Cal-Mag? What is your new PPM lvl since upping the nutes?

could be a mag deficiency.... thats not what i think it is though...

i would say adding all those extra nutes are burning your plants.
nutrient defficiency appears as yellowing STARTING at the older leaves and moving upward toward the newer growth.
i would say run your hydro system with pH balanced water at room temp.... with little to no nutrients for a week or two until the plants health turns around.

as far as the curling goes... what are the temps and humidity in your grow space?
high temperatures and no humidity will dry out the leaves and make them curl under from dehydration...

I'm assuming, based on what he said, this problem existed before he upped the nutes, in fact I believe he upped the nutes in an attempt to fix the problem.
I've had plenty of mag/cal problems in the past, and his look just like advanced stages. I stick by what I said, until I know more.

my apologies you are right... was just scanning through his message. i would say use a cal-mag additive too if this occured BEFORE using extra nutrients in an attempt to fix your issue

I'm not using any Cal-Mag just the three part Cutting edge solutions nutrients. I have been slowly increasing the ppm. It is now at about 700. Still not seeing any improvement though. How long until I should see the plants health improving if adding nutrients is the solution? Thanks so much.

Get you some Cal-Mag quick. I have seen plants recover in 24-48 hours. In your advanced stage, it might take a little longer, and you will still lose some leaf.
