Help!!!!

Hey guys, I am having a problem. This just occurred withing the last week. I am running happyfrog soil on a hydrosystem. I didnt give them nutes until a couple days ago. I am using mother earth grow.

I am thinking some kind of nutrient deficiency but really, I want to get some more opinions.

Lacking a little Nitrogen? Other than that they look fine.

Those white tips look like light bleaching, how close do you have the lights ? As far as any nute def it would be better to have a pic of the rest of the plant, like a side view can't really see anything from the top.
