Hi. I was hoping one of you could tell me what is wrong with my plant. Pics are attached.

I germinated the seeds 3 weeks ago, and then planted them a few days later when they sprouted. I put them in kind of small pots, hoping to sex them before transplanting them into the larger pots, as I only have room for 6. They were doing really well, when they slowed growing and the leaves started to droop. Also, on a few plants the bottom leaves (the ones that come out of the seed) turned yellow and sort of dried up. I realized that the pots were too small, so I transplanted them into the large pots (3 gallons). I had 7 plants actually doing all right, so I just transplanted those, putting the 2 smallest in one pot. After transplanting, most of the plants resumed growing and the leaves stopped drooping. On one, though, the yellowing continued and is spreading up the plant, from the lower leaves to now the third level. What is causing this? I don't think it's pH, since the other plants are fine. The soil was prefertilized, so it could be nutrient burn, but the others are alright. Also, another plant still has drooping leaves. Is this plant going to recover?

what do you mean? I water them when the soil dries out, and I water until it drips out of the bottom. It hasn't gotten too dry for any length of time. Could this be caused by overwatering?

yeah, I was worried about that. I ordered a pH meter and the stuff to adjust it a few days ago. It should be here this week.

So I thought it was the pH. I did a flush while I was waiting for the test kit to get here. That didn't help. Also, it turns out that the pH was correct the whole time (unless the flush fixed it). It was between 6.5 and 7. Everything I've tried hasn't worked. I tried folair feeding nutrients. I tested the soil for N, P, and K. Finally, all the plants died. I dug them up and it turns out they all had root rot. That's what I get for using soil from the grocery store. That stuff wasn't draining well at all. Maybe I'll try hydro next time, but I'm done for a while. Thanks for the help, though.

oh hey I hope your still reading this post but get hygrozime, stops root rot incredibly well! Not inexpensive but it's worth it!
