Tap water runs ya at about 7.5 usually and for your mix probably want to get it down to 6.5ish. Youre still early on so try not and over water as well. I actually just went out and spent the 70 bucks on a digital ph measure stick thingy and ph down, and I must say as a noob its made things alot easier. If youre trying to stay as cheap as possible there is ways around it but im unsure of those methods.

What soil are you in? I'm pretty sure that's nute nurn and not a ph issue. Seeds respond well to tap water under a 7.5ph. I know it's not optimal and I ph my water to 5.8 when I'm sprouting seeds, but a couple buddies of mine who use soil say our tap water has never given them issues when germ/sprouting seeds, and it's 7.1ish.

The edges on the new growth(the new leaves coming out the center) are yellowing. If it was a ph issue you'd be experiencing some type of nutrient lock out, which looks kinda different. It's probably a combination of both, hot soil(too many nutes in it) and high ph.

You didn't hurt it too bad but if it's in some type of Miracle Grow or other nutrient laced soil your gonna need to find some good soil to transplant it into. I'm not a soil guy so someone else will have to give you adive on what soil they like to use.

It's a burn issue geogia dude. It's either pre-nuted soil or ur feeding it which is a big no no at this early stage.
