HELP!

Recently transplanted my seedling which I was running under some cheap CFLs in my room into a more permanent home in a pot, which I then placed outdoors. It's its second day in the pot and I noticed that the leaves have began to have blotchy white/discolored spots on the first two fan leaves. The rest of the plant seems unharmed. The soil which I transferred the plant into was not the same soil it was growing in before which could probably be a factor. PLEASE HELP! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Fill that pot in with good soil all the way up to the sprout leafs at least and water lightly keep the soil moist not saturated.that whole stem from the soil up to the first leaf node will end up root mass if you do this. if you don't the end result will be night and day

So I filled up the pot with a bit more soil, however I am not able to fill it all the way up to the first node as it would be overflowing. Do you think the level of soil in the picture is okay? Also I am noticing the plant curling up at the edges of its leaves, but nothing too bad. The rest of the plant is healthy as ever and continuing to grow.

Your plant is almost certainly stressed because of the sudden transition from weak CFL light to full sun. I read a thread just this morning where some of the growers said they'll park theirs in partial shade for a few days when transitioning from indoors to outdoors.

Don't hammer it with full sun immediately.

That plant should have atleast 5 or 6 nodes on her before trying to harden her off. bring her back in for another week. or shes gonna wilt to dust.

I was only running her on 23 watts of cfl light which is definitely not enough to grow on. I just wanted to use it to give the plant a start before transplanting it outdoors, so I don't think it would do the plant well to bring her back under only 23w of light. Do you think if I keep her under partial shade for the next few days she'll come around?

I Would say full shade no direct sun.shes a baby¡¡¡

you might want to plant it a little deeper that stem will continue to grow a little bit more and it might even fall over the stem is very fradgle . just be careful make sure you leave plenty of soil around the roots and dont expose the root ball and wash your hands before you try it.
