no need to worry bro they wont die because of it, you'll get the hang of it. having droopy plants is not normal thats your plant telling you something. no worries man. thats not old growth drooping thats the whole fan leaves drooping.

Call it droopy till it develops a complex and stands to attention..

Should be fine , As a noob myself my advice is you'll probably do more damage panicking and trying multiple ways to fix an issue that isn't particularly causing an issue .
