what should I do found some rot is it done or close enough

Gonna need a lot more info than that to tell you how close your plant is to harvesting...for starters...what's the strain? What is it's age, and how long has it been flowering? How much bud rot are you finding, exactly? Bud rot is very, very bad for your respiratory system so don't try to save it and smoke it...trash that shit. And certianly don't sell it to people unaware. It is also unhealthy to use bud with mold, fungus, or bud rot etc to make hash with. If the bud rot is isolated to only a handful of places, take some scissors or something you can be precise with and remove any and all bud mass that's infected, discolored and brown. I would even cut the healthy bud around it just to prevent it from spreading, sort of saving more of your bud than you're losing by removing it.

It looks bad.
Cut out any visible mold, trim off all fan leaves, try to make sure it gets morning sun. Feed it potassium.
