these 2 seem to be dying, the rest are fine. Does anyone know what’s gone wrong here?

Appears too dry.

Try misting them regularly AFTER the medium is moistened. Instead of trying to keep the medium perfectly moist. Some people use humidity domes. I don’t after the sprout emerges. You risk damping off using a dome.
