60 hours is nothing if you planted directly in soil. You shouldn't let the soil dry out when planting directly in soil, but at the same time if overwater the soil, the seed will drown and become soggy and worthless. If your really worried, which it sounds like you are, you can VERY CAREFULLY, excavate your seed from the soil with a toothpick or some other instrument by uncovering small layers of soil until you see your seed. Once you see the seed, dig around it first and try and spot the root. If the seed is not too firmly rooted, take the seed out, and transplant it into soil that is damp but not saturated. Try very hard not to touch the root with anything but air because it will cause transplant shock. Goodluck
