Hemp Beer

Has anyone tried hemp beer before, or even better has anyone brewed it before? I do enjoy brewing my own booze, and I'm about to start growing, so I would really like to put the 2 things I love most in the world together.

Ingredients:

• 6 LBS AMBER LIQUID MALT EXTRACT 1 LBS AMBER DRY MALT EXTRACT
• 1 LB CRYSTAL 75L
• ½ LB CARA-PILS
• 1 OZ CRUSHED HEMP SEEDS or Bud
• 0.6 OZ CASCADE (60 MIN) BOILING HOPS
• 0.5 OZ CZECH SAAZ (2 MIN) FININSHING HOPS
• IRISH MOSS 1/2 TSP LAST 15 MIN
• ALE YEAST
• RECOMMENDED WHITE LABS YEAST: WLP001 California Ale Yeast

Mix all the above ingredients in a big pot then bring to a BOIL for at least 60 MIN.
In the last 15 minutes (or after 45 minutes boiling) add the Irish Moss (½ tsp).

Just in case anyone wants to brew it before I get a chance.

I know you most likely don't get high from it, but maybe it will just give the beer that extra kick of flavor.

why not bump it up to 2 zips of bud just to make it have a little body high to it just a thought

sounds pointless, cept for taste......maybe...?
