Don't be so nervous about using cash. For AGES that was how some seebanks insisted you pay. Some wouldn't even take international money orders. I have send cash in the mail MANY times for seeds and I always got my seeds. Use a business size envelope and put the cash inside a number of sheets of printer paper, maybe with the outer one with something printed on it, and put the cash in the middle. You will pay a bit more because of the weight but it will not be something that stands out as having cash in it so it will get through.

In the past seedbanks said use things like birthday cards, which seemed odd to me because if there was a postal worker looking for cash to nab something that looked like a birthday card might have cash from grandma in it .. but that is what they said to use.

Basically the idea is to just make the letter look like something normal and not like just an envelope with cash in it.

I will admit that the first time or two I did it it gave me the jitters. But after a few times using seedbanks that only took cash I stopped worrying.

Since the cash thing has been mentioned it reminded me of something that happened the other day I found to be funny. While cleaning out a drawer in my desk I came across several thick greeting cards and colored envelopes I had bought YEARS ago just for sending cash in to purchase beans. I never had a chance to use them all because seebanks started taking credit cards and debit cards before I used them all up.

Relax ... camouflage the cash a bit and everything will be cool and the gang.

hey bricktop, i live in the philippines...and i am the only person here i know that order seeds, and i am the only person here that sells strains of different kind. i have asked western unions and banks but they all seem to not know what a money order is. i dont know much things that goes here in this country since i just moved here a year 1/2 ago.

so u mean to say that hempdepot has done u good paying cash from them or is that from a different seedbanks? cool i just had it mailed the other day. what i did was i had placed my money inside the order form and placed it inside the greeting card, sealed the envelope then placed it in a bubble wrap. i hope this works! i had done this procedure once when i sent a land race seeds from one of the members here.

thanks buddy, i hope i get my seeds before next year which i doubt though

damn bro you and me have the same taste in weed. i was going to order chernobyl but wanted to try hemp depot first if my seeds will arrived successfully, i was going to get the c99 from dr greenthumbs but its only in feminized seed

Hemp Depot says they prefer to not be sent cash because there is always the chance it will vanish in some postal workers pocket, not their words but what they imply, but they do accept it. In the past before there were few options I have purchased from them using cash and I did not have a problem. I also used cash a number of times at several other Canadian seedbanks that are no longer in business, Heaven's Stairway was one of them, and my money always got through to them and my seeds always arrived.

There is no way I can guarantee the same will happen with you. If by chance you have a few dishonest postal workers that will take the time to search for mailed cash, you might not have the same luck as I did here in the U.S., but I never had any problem sending cash, not once, and I did it many times.

Did you print out and complete the order form from Hemp Depot's site and include it with your cash? I tend to believe you did. Anyway, if not, that is how they instruct people to send in mailed in orders who use cash or money orders. If you did not I would suggest that you email them and tell them what you sent, what you wanted and that you forgot the order form and that you will print it out and mail it right away so they can watch for your first piece of mail and hold it until the second arrives and then put the two pieces of mail together and make sure they get your order correct.

That is what I would do anyway.
