Hemp Or Weed

Lets say im growing......and some cop runs up in my house and finds my plants or outside or just finds them period..........Then wen i go to court cant i just say they were hemp plants, and i was growing them for the synthetic to make rope????

If you get caught.. do you honestly look like someone who's going to make rope? When they ask, will you be able to tell them the process to Make hemp rope.. do you have the tools in your house to make hemp rope? Or are they going to find rolling papers and a bong? If they busted you- they'll get you for what it's really for...
