I think a 3 gallon bucket is the sweet spot for most autos. You can go larger won't hurt anything. But, you will use less consumables and most autos don't get too large anyway. 3 gallon will support a 4'+ plant. You can go smaller as well but, it may cause you to have to water more often I think later on. Check out lucasformula.com. You have the right nutes to do that. Read the whole thread.
