hepl is this heat stress

Some additional info would help. The hight of the light is not as important as the temp at the top of the canopy. But it does not look like heat from light. Do you have a moisture gauge? If not , get one (they are cheep). They are not super accurate but they will help. looks to me like a watering issue. U said every other watering... what are the intervals between watering in days? What nutes are you using? besides flipping the lights (i assume), what have you done to start the flowering cycle?

all i did is switch to 12/12 what else can i do to help flower i water ever time the pot feels light ,i am using a plant food right now from the hydro shop how long should i wait to switch to bloom nutrience

Most of the veg nutes are higher in Nitrogen. The plant no longer need a high nitrogen diet. Switching to a bloom nute should happen soon. They will need more phosphorus and potassium. N(nitrogen)-P(Phosphorus)-K(Potassium) are listed on each bottle of nutrients. Hydro shop will be able to help you with that. What nutes are you using? Do you know what the temp is at the top of your canopy?

Still think its a water issue. Prob overwatering. if you stick your finger in the pot, how far down till you reach moist soil?
