We know and they know the deal. The "souvenir" thing is only for plausible deniability. I mean, seriously, who would pay $10 a pop for seeds as a souvenir? If you did your beans the right way and didn't do something stupid and they didn't germ, they should pony up more beans - period. They are the sponsor of this site and this site is for *growing marijuana*.

Please note Herbies Seeds only sell seeds as souvenirs and for storage to preserve natures genetics. Although our seedbank is full of the world's finest and rarest varieties from the World's premiere breeders, current UK Laws only permit sale for the aforementioned purpose. For this reason we are unable to entertain any enquiries regarding germination, yields, potency etc. as germination/cultivation of cannabis seeds is illegal in Great Britain. We are legally unable to answer any emails on this subject and if we believe seeds are being purchased for any illegal purpose the sale will be refused.

The way i read it is that they are providing a legal disclaimer to protect themselves and they also will not be handling any emails regarding methods of germination.

If your seeds were purchased and didnt germinate then Im sure they would look into it...however some seeds bank put the onus on the grower.. IE bonza will not refund for germination issues.

If you have a problem... email them and perhaps ask for some fresher seeds but either way suck it up...its part of growing...

I have ordered from Herbies many times without any problems. My last order with them, I placed my order and after 4-5 days of not receiving any confirmatiin emails, i decided to email them.

They got back to me the next day, informed me that when I had placed the order, I had put in the wrong email address (i screwed up a number). That is why it took them a day to get back to me, as they went through every order to find one with an email similar to mine.

After finding my mistake, they forwarded the emails to the correct address and 2 days later, my beans were in my mailbox.
How many businesses would go that extra mile for a customer?

There are not many!

Im sure they get hundreds of orders a week, and to sit there and go through all of the orders to find mine probably took a while, and they really did not have to do that.

I can name quite a few when it comes to breeders and smaller seed boutiques NOT TSD. Not that I have had any problems ever with herbies but as far as customer service there are a handfull that would make their crippled mother piggy back the seeds to your door and plant them for you if necessary.
