Herbies Seeds Complaint

Hi,
I have never used Herbies Seeds before and I decided to order 1 feminized seed from them. They give 3 freebies so I will have enough seeds this year if they actually come. The only problem is that I paid 8 dollars extra for the royal international tracked/insured shipping and they just sent me this message "Unfortunately due to current problems with tracked mail not arriving we have sent your package by standard Airmail, this does not affect your guaranteed delivery and your package is fully insured". Now I have no way of keeping tabs on where the seeds are or if they have been taken by customs. The seed I ordered was only like 7 dollars but I paid 16 dollars in shipping so that I could be able to track the shipment and find out if my seeds got taken at customs. Do you think I should complain to Herbies? I really have my doubts about ordering seeds online. I am very nervous about them suddenly changing the shipping deal. Now I am totally in the dark! Luckily I have not paid them anything yet and can dispute the transaction on my card if shit hits the fan. BTW I have no other seeds so if they don't come and they have to be reshipped I will be behind schedule on when I want to start the seeds indoors.

Am I overreacting?

Yes..........

I've ordered from them a bunch of times and have never had 1 problem.....which I can't say about Attitude and some others. Screw the tracking....it just raises anxiety, which in your case might be beneficial. The seeds will arrive in about 10 days. So, just chill and be patient

It sucks you can't track it but they guaranteed your delivery. The other option does not guarantee.

Herbies is generally pretty quick to arrive throughout the US so I'd give it 14 days. If it hasn't arrived then make a complaint.

Yep got same message. Ordered last week , I have ordered there also and am confident they'll show up. Just kinda on a schedule here and need to get em going SOON!

dudes got four chances for something to germ, not a big deal imo, plus, a lot of breeders sell 5 packs of beans, and plenty of people only buy a single five pack..

next time order from this seed bank. I order all my seeds from them. They are cheaper than most. Just order and pay for standard shipping. I live in california, my order arrived in 6 days.

L and L , what did you chose for your fem bean man? Heard good stuff bout the Cotton Candy freebie, so kinda stoked on that one. And the World of Seeds freebie, I also ordered some landrace afghan kush on this order for outside through them. Good luck to ya bro

I got the same message.. ordered on the 26th. . They never arrived. Herbies offered me a refund or a second(but only 1) attempt at shipping the beans. I had a $150+ order

I ordered stealth. I never received anything.. not even an empty package. They sent the standard mail without tracking #.

I ordered the Ripper Double Glock fem bean. I read a grow journal on here about the World of Seeds Strawberry Blue fem bean freebie and from what I read I am excited. But the guy was growing his indoors and I am only going to start indoors. After a couple of weeks I am moving mine to a guerrilla grow site. I read about the Cotton Candy strain you're getting and it sounds like a pretty amazing plant. Are you growing outdoors?

I really hope everything goes well for us. And if both fem beans out of the four beans I order turn out to be female I will be happy. The penalty for getting caught growing 5 or more plants in my state is SEVERE.

so you are complaining that they are trying harder to make sure u get the package. they say free replacements no matter what so technically u can say you didnt recieve and get another free batch altho karma is strong man. herbies is the best man.
