Here's my experience.
I placed a $50 order to test it out in Feb. (with tracking option).
No problems. Came 10 days after confirmation email. I was happy.
Second order of about $100 placed April 19th. (without tracking/guarantee option.)
Package never showed up.
I just emailed and asked if they could help me out.
Here's a cut-n-paste of the reply:
I'm sorry to hear that your order # ****** hasn't arrived yet.
We dispatched on 21st April, which makes this the 18th business day that the package has been in-transit. Orders usually take around 5-15 business days to arrive, so you're now outside the average time frame.
It does sometimes seem to take packages quite a long time to be processed into the postal network after they've arrived in your country, however, so please don't give up all hope of your order arriving just yet!
For future reference, I advise you to select the tracked postal option, as you'll then be insured for a resend at no further charge or a full refund if your order doesn't arrive or if the package contents suffer any damage in-transit. You're still insured for a resend / refund if you select the tracked postal option, but we ship your order via standard Airmail; customers who specifically select standard Airmail for their postal option are not insured for a resend / refund, as clearly detailed at the checkout.
If you place another order put #****** in the notes box and we will include 8 extra fem's to compensate you a bit .

Soooo, I emailed them back and told them if they would take 50% off my order I would consider re-ordering (with the tracking/guarantee!). We'll see what they say.
