I placed 2 orders, about a week apart. Both orders shipped very quickly, within 2 days. They took just 6-8 business days to show up (mid-west US).

Packaged nice, seeds were in original Barney's Farm packs.

I could not be happier.

im happy aswell with my herbies experience.ordered 14th mar received on the 16th in the uk,seeds in original packets with a few freebies thrown in.i'll be sticking with them from now on.

I just ordered from herbies head shop on march 6.. I think,they were shipped to the USA on the 7th,sad part is I am still
waiting for them,and Im on the east coast which should have been even quicker ect...
For the past 10 days straight my tracking info wont say anything other then... "Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment...."
Been like that for atleast 10 days,but I will say this...
Herbies has the best customer services I have seen,always helpful always nice to work with....
They told me to wait till Monday 21,if I dont have it by then ,to email them ect...

Im realy hopping its in the PO box and not still at customs or somthing? fingers crossed....:)

Customs just likes to take their time. im sure my order i just placed thursday and was sent out friday from edit wont be here till next month, But then again I dont get luxuries of tracking info on free shipping :D

I have used herbiesheadshop a few times and can say they are a good company.

Customer service was speedy in replies and they did a good job making my experiences with them positive.

wow that is crazy do you live in Antarctica? i think that is a long time for the east coast i really dont know what to tell you. i hope you get it of course. these things can also just get lost or like post workers snatch them..like one time i got guaranteed and it didnt show up and i never even got a letter, im sure someone shrewd grabbed it. otherwise if you get a letter you just get a letter.

any update?


in addition to my shipment getting here quick, all seeds germinated and are doing awesome!
I'm looking forward to my next order already.
