He must want a case to try. That's really stupid legal advice to someone who may not want to get busted. The feds don't bluff, and they've got the big stick.

If you think about it, moving to another location isn't that big of a deal. Its like a speeding ticket in the big picture, i would just pack up, move to another location and continue to provide the patients with their meds. Then everyone's happy, feds are satisfied , patients have their meds, and you can continue to put food on the table for your family. Take the hit, just move.

With all the bad word that mmj is getting(unjustified I might add) who is gonna wanna lease to someone, banks don't cover these places anymore. A lot of dispensaries can't take a debit card because banks won't do business with them. Its just not as easy as moving to a new location , especially when chances are you just settled in to the location you were legally in. Fuck this nonsense, colorado have some balls and just say no to these arrogant pricks.

the feds have no interest in me, I'm so far down the on their food chain list its incredible, I have a job that doesn't involve mmj.

oh , sorry. I asked a dude in a dispensary today(while I was looking over his 13 strains of earwax) if he was concerned and he wasn't in the least.

then again....I saw a bug flying around in there and thought "wow, he should maybe be concerned with that" , didn't get a good look at the bug but the grow op is on location.

not that I don't have some nice strains going from time to time, Colorado is a great place for that. but I'm always looking for bigger/better.
