Here is my white rhino from greenhouse seeds. She will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. I started her in a 16ounce red solo cup. I have her in coco with some perlite. I have GH nutes. I was just curious on how she looks.pic1.jpg pic2.jpg pic3.jpg pic4.jpg

Squat and root bound, I would not hesitate to clip you down and out, if you were growing under me!
This is a prime example of NOOBS using unbalanced light,
to correct this the grower will have to put the plant under 2700k, light for the next month
or so, to prevent that squat shitty look, you may wanna FIM or top that plant ,
it may appear worse? ..stick to the plan give it some warm red(2700k) and pot up!

I plan on potting up today. So is it too late? What should I do step by step to fix her. I would love the help. I planned on potting up. I just never had time till today. I was hoping she could be fixed.

It's looking fine, just a pit pale. Could have a minor nutrient issue. Are there drainage holes on the bottom of that cup? Topping is a good idea, it will make it branch out.

if I were to rescue this babe,
pot her up to a pot 2-3 times the current volume,
ensure you have 30% perlite to the pot volume,
always rinse out your coco before use, many dealers say they do but don't,
this will cause issues later, and stick her under a warm white bulb
or even hps for 2-3 weeks after that include a metal halide or plain old cool white cfl..
good luck

yes there was drainage holes. I took her out of the cup. I placed her into a 2gallon hempy bucket. Its 100% perlite. This was just a single seed I had left over and just started her in a cup under some cfls. I dont plan on this being a huge grow. So now its just a plant I am trying to keep alive. I would like to take clones from her if I can keep her going.

If I was to place her under 2700k lighting. What would the hours be? 20/4 18/6 12/12 for 2 or 3 weeks. Then back to 6500k lighting?

if you have access to a small hps or just several 2700k(3-6) lights
is will encourage the plant to grow her internodes further apart light 2-3 inches at maturity,
unlike now possibly 1/2 and inch apart at most,
tho I'm known to sound like a smartass here on RIU, I wish you the best
for veg always go 18/6 for bud go 12x12, you gotta give time for those roots to catchup
the saying for this post is

More blue- shorter with tight inter-nodes

More red- taller with longer inter-nodes

then after some 3-4 weeks return to a
balanced mix of kelvin until you are ready
for bud in which stick to 100% warm red(2700k)

ok thank you for the help. So if I use the 2700k now, I should still keep the hours at 18/6 just like vegging? Have a great day.
