Since I'm here, I think I'll give some advice. You want to transplant as least as possible, I prefer 3 times. Start them in something small (excess soil leads to overwatered soil). I use plastic cups with soil mixture (soil w/ mycrohorrizae, (good bacteria) look it up). Jiffy pellets are ok, but I don't see the point in them. I don't know why you'd want to go to a soiless mixture and then to a pot of soil. If I were you, I'd just put the jiffy sprout straight into its 6" container, but then again, I grow my sprouts to about at about 2-3" in a cup, then put it into a 6" container, then when its large enough, I put it into it's final resting place (8-12"pot) usually a 1-2 weeks before I switch to flowering. I like to keep the plant in soil from the beginning to the end, never disrupting the roots by switching the type of medium. You want the plant to experience as least stress as possible. If you're tight on space try Low Stress Training, they have multiple threads about it. Good Luck. Hope this helps.
