Herm?

5th week of flowering and im unsure if this is just under developed bud or herm? could you guys lemme know it's nothing on the stem it's just where the bud should be got hairs as you can see but just looks odd i'm referring the roundish bulbs i just ordered some Dutch Master Gold Reverse just incase would like some feedback
