Give it another week imo.
I had a couple that I got nervous about because they looked just like that, they all turned out to be pre-flowers though.
The 2 males I had had large clusters developing over a week before the females showed anything at all. The 1 herm I did have didnt show until the rest of the females and it was quite obvious.
