Hermi prob

I have a 5' talk hermi right next to a 3' female and I'm wondering how seedy the female will get if I just let nature take it's course or should I chop the hermi right now?

it will get real damn seedy unless you cut off most of the pollen sacs without busting them open

I would chop it down!! It will mess up your girls!! Its better to take the loss of one then to risk devirginize your girls and having really seedy plants! You can pluck the pollen saqs off but you have to keep an extremely good eye on them b/c if one opens it sperms all over the place!!

i would probably cut it. that is now my policy with hermis. at one time i tried to keep them, picked and seperate.

but.. ive had a hermi plant that was GREAT smoke. and it produced seeds that were fem, and great smoke. still that one hermi was the only plant going at the time so i grew it out and tried to pick all the balls. one of 10 seeds i planted from this plant went hermi, from light stress i think. i seperated that hermi and kept it clean, for 3 days then the light fell on it and i had to harvest right then a couple weeks early. it was decent bud. kinda seeded up. my main harvest was nearly unaffected cuz i got it out quick

my friend left one hermi plant accidentally in a crop of 20...all of the other plants produced good weed that was full of seeds...we're talking like 30 seeds per 8th...cut it down!

Unless you can quarantine the hermie I would cut it immediately. The little pollen sacks can hide under and even inside of the buds. There is almost no way to get all of them w/o risking pollinating your entire crop.

Has anyone here ever successfully snipped the nuts off from a herm and produced kind bud from said herm?

Which would be better;

1. Chop hermi now, let female get sensi buds
2. Let hermi grow, get seeds in only female and cut out buds on hermi, make hash oil with the rest.
