Fairly newer grower I would say advanced level noob ...so I know better than to put much time into bagseed while I am learning but I did anyway ...

Seed history if it matters ...

I have 6 plants that are bagseed ...seeds are from my last indoor grow last year all plants were cut a few weeks early due to moving situation. No males they were all clones in that grow .

Current grow
Just got to week 3 of flower and the bagseed plants are turning hermie lower branches upward at least 5 to 6 spottings per plant ...Obv they are trash 3 different strains to. Is it safe to assume the other 3 plants although not hermied yet probably will and better to toss them ?

I have another bagseed plant thats 4 ft tall almost and super wide thats was intended for outdoor in a week .I mean I should chop that one to ? All these plants are from.the same batch of seeds from my last grow 3 different strains all hermied

The bigger plants in veg/putdoor pic are the same seeds/strain that's hermied in the flower tent

Hopefully I habe explained it right I think I know the answer here but before cutting 4 more large adult plants I thought I would check in to be sure

I have ruled out light leaks etc in the tent as I have 5 other plants in the same.tent but they are clones and not signs of herms hopefully they have not been pollinated .

The hermies are getting chopped either way for sure ...just not sure about the other plants in veg hate to chop them then find out all these hermied by a mistake I made somehow and not the genetics and the reason the clones didn't was just because they were more stable genetics or something like that ...

Found a post from.2011 ...self.pollinated seeds I think thats what I have so my guess is my other plants in veg will likely hermie as well and not much point in continuing to grow them if I had an endless plant count and time to keep an eye on them sure maybe considering the size but until my lic is updated I am limited .

If they are still in veg then keep them, even if genetics are bad just keep an eye on them and pick any balls that show up.
Clean your grow area as pollen can last years and she will be all good, another option is to let it be... a hermied plant (while heartbreaking) will usually only pollenate parts of the plant, others will be seedless. Smoke the seedless and make hash from the seeded. Better than just chucking them.

Good info ! Much appreciated ! I plan on putting 4 in the yard 2 are clones of stable genetics so I can keep them separated and keep an eye on them in the fall when they flower ! And yeah prob won't be doing much more bagseed if I want the strains bad enough I can re purchase!

Thanks again !
