hermie info please

iv been reading different forums and iv come across where people would bring up that there plants can hermie can someone please tell me what that is so i will know iv been growing along time and never heard of that id like to know if i have had plants that did that but did not realize it! i have had male and female plants sorry caint spell hermaferdyte is that what hermies are if not can you tell me? thank you :peace:

wait a minute... you mean to tell me that you have been growing for a while now and have no clue what hermie plants are?
Hermie plants are Hermophrodite plants. Hermaphrodite plants carry the traits of both male and female gender. Plants that are "Hermie" are like mid-grades, decent but when grown, are not properly taken care of and form buds with little banana-shaped pods that contain seeds that form on and in the buds.

Any Plant can Hermie, even your Hybrids. Stress and genitics are what can cause a Hermie. When you put a plant into 12/12 before it's mature you are stressing her and can cause a hermie, when you turn on a light in 12/dark and disrupt there sleep, that can cause a hermie. You can be in full bloom then stress her enough and then you might see pollen sacs.

yea i just did not catch that termenology like i said iv had Hermaphrodite plants i just did not realize thatz is what yall was referin to sorry bro i should have put 2 & 2 together but i was never any good at math!
