Great question DeeTee... but I find it curious that a “Veteran Smoker / Mr. Ganja”, a RIU member since 2008 would post this rather complex debatable question in "Newbie Central".Of the many yrs I've grown this is the first time I've had a hermie, believe it or not.
Question: are hermie seeds any good to grow or is it not worth it?
im not im just a moderator, but i can still put my foot downlmao I didnt know sunni was the newbie mod... I am done trolling bmeat.. if somebody takes his advice then oh well lol too bad for them.. peace
i knew that already. everyone resorts to the "copy and paste, copy and paste".Oh god he used google search wow I'm asking though if the hermie will still push male flowers to produce feminised seeds
depends on the condition that caused the plant to be monoecious. If it was an environmental condition or genetic. I had a plant that had heat stress this past summer. It hermaphrodited on one limb producing 7 seeds, 5 were viable, all females, with no monoecious condition.Of the many yrs I've grown this is the first time I've had a hermie, believe it or not.

i did. spraying a male or a herman with silver will not do anything. So how about you try and answer my question then wise guy instead of just telling information I already know.
Oh my goodness. Lassie.... I think Timmy fell in the well again.spraying a female will change her hormones and produce female pollen.
She ain't lying.im not im just a moderator, but i can still put my foot down
