what are these growths? doesnt look like most of the pics of hermies on the forums. are they male organs?

Clones can turn hermie but that looks like your good with that much growth you should have seen more sites in question

Not All sites form at the same time this is a good sign of preflowering also you should have seen more male growth with all those pistil clusters
