if u think about it in lumens... you could have 70,000 lumens for 40 dollars since one 26 watt cfl bulb puts out 1725 lumens and 4 puts out 7,000 lumens, and 10 times 7k equals 70k and then 10 times 4bulbs or 4 dollars = 40 dollars/bulbs, thats what? the amount of a a 600 watt hps? Not to mention though you will need 40 socket holders and some creativty

Thanks mastakoosh and it sure did im at a new location and i got me an 400w hps,i got 12 vegging right now and things are looking good,im working on getting me a real strain soon,waiting on an address to send to,im gonna put up some picks soon,thanks again for asking....peace, ras

I hope you don't feel like I was picking on you, if you do just get me back...it's all good. Yeah I hear you on cfls, I use them on clones, seedlings, and for veg when it's hot or when I veg for SOG, but for flowering there is no comparison HIDs mainly the HPS will kick some arse in flower.

I bought a 1 dollar 26 watt CFL from a dollar store... they all have them... I cant even use it as a light... it sucks... its blue and dim. and shity...

thats the dollar store for u...Get some GE's, thats what i got and there blinding, not some cheap ass no name dollar store shit. That place is terrable, thats what they do with the cheapest shit made, stick it in a store and thay say shit someone has to buy this shit for a dollar.
