hey first grow bag seed is it a guy?

History. planted bag seed. vegged for 3 weeks. switched to 12/12 recently (a few days now maybe ..) one of my plants has already started showing

now im wondering if its a guy? i have searched all over the internet for pictures etc.. and im fairly certain its a guy (balls) but some have said they were certain it was a guy before and it turned out to be a girl. so heres hoping


ive posted pics and maybe the experts can give me a definitive yes or no. thanks for the help!


and i guess my next question would be whats a good bank on the east coast or that ships to the east coast to buy from?
